Location is extremely good, staff is polite! Superior king room was spacious and very clean. New area close enough to the hotel. Moreover, there was free wifi!

We loved to be here, its staff and rooms. It's located in a QUIET area, walking distance to many landmarks of Bansko. And it was not far from the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. Quiet hotel, will come back.

It was located near a gondola station. Very good location, friendly people in the hotel. Venue was very clean.
